Prior to my first visit, I couldn’t even move my neck from side to side, sleep or event move my shoulders. I also went to visit a Chiropractor every week for relief from pain.  After a few session with Carrie, now I can move my neck in all motions sleep and even participate in activities that I love--like yoga classes!

I used to get backaches from playing Tennis. Discovering Spirit 4 Lyfe changed my life! Carrie helped relieve my pinched nerves, and she taught me how to avoid back problems in the future with stretches and yoga techniques.

Massage heals the body

Through my massage techniques the massage offer a transformational experience. Clients learn about relaxation, breathing, and letting go of the mind which will enable them to achieve the inner peace needed for stress relief and mood enhancement. Regular massage therapy helps to make life more enjoyable by allowing one to let go - and more calmly deal with everyday stress.

Massage is one of the oldest healing arts. Chinese records dating back 3000 years document its use; the ancient Hindus, Persians, and Egyptians applied forms of massage for many ailments. Even Hippocrates wrote papers recommending the use of rubbing and friction for joint and circulatory problems. Today the benefits of massage are varied and far reaching. As an accepted part of many physical rehabilitation programs, massage therapy has proven beneficial for many chronic conditions including low back pain, arthritis, bursitis, fatigue, high blood pressure, diabetes, immunity suppression, infertility, smoking cessation, depression, and of course, the stress and tension of everyday life.
